Good question, really. I believe a friend posted the URL in an irc channel I hang out in frequently.
Where he got it from, I can only guess was boingboing or fark or ilovebacon or similar.

The only places I remember posting it was on the Adult Swim forum and in an AIM or IRC chat with some friends from there. Unless one of my friends posted it somewhere else.
